Idea: enable cash basis sales tax reports.

Why: because we don't pay sales tax till we get the funds.

This idea is for all the companies that have elected to pay sales tax on cash basis rather than accrual. Currently all sales tax related reports are accrual basis with a note that cash basis is coming soon. It was recommended that to use the software I pull multiple reports and then use Excel to cross-reference the two - but that's a liability if we mix up a formula in Excel. Also, there isn't a universal report that accurately pulls in tax information on a cash-basis. We've spent several days and with assistance from support had to accept that it is not possible.
