AccountingSuite™ Release Updates: Jack Russell 4: Cloud Commerce, Cloud Payroll and more!
Cloud Commerce
- Your Square sandbox account can now be connected in either your live or sandbox AccountingSuite account.
- Transactions approved from Square stores will now display transaction details on the Cash Sale documents that are generated.
- You can now see the payment terms and payment method, and improvements have been made for multi-location.
- We have added a new "Related Transactions" tab so you can easily see which documents were generated in addition to any sales orders.
Cloud Payroll
- We have added the ability to run a dismissal off-cycle payroll.
- Improvements have been made to the interface when running payroll.
- The Cloud Payroll module can be added in any sandbox account to test out its features.
- Employee check numbers are now displayed on journal entries created from Cloud Payroll so this can be displayed in bank reconciliations.
- Checks can be printed directly from Cloud Payroll.
- Notifications and error messages related to Cloud Payroll have been improved.
Integrations
- Our Stripe integration now allows you to store multiple credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts for each customer
- We have made enhancements to matching and merging accounts and vendors from Bill.com.
- Cash receipts created from integrations can now display a status of "Pending."
Settings
- Improvements have been made to Precision Settings in General Settings - can be changed if no transactions exist.
- You can now have a different default currency other than USD.
Core Documents
- Improvements have been made to the way vendor prepayments are displayed.
Tools
- We have added a new prompt to notify you when there are issues with data in your account(s).
