Printing Shipping Label using the ShipStation Integration

Printing Shipping Labels for a Shipment

  1. On the Sales Order, ensure the Use Shipments checkbox is checked.
  2. From the Generate button, choose Shipment.
  3. Click the Shipping Tab.
  4. Choose a Carrier from the list.
  5. Enter values for Ship From, Shipping Date and FOB.
  6. From the main tab, choose Generate → Shipping Labels.
  7. Choose a Service and a Package.
  8. If applicable, enter the dimensions and weight of the box.
  9. Choose a confirmation type.
  10. Choose a Shipping Date.
  11. To print a test label, check the test checkbox.
  12. To insure, check the insure checkbox and choose insurance options.
  13. Verify the Ship From: and Ship To: addresses that have been brought over from the Sales Order.
  14. Click Get Shipping Labels. The labels will be downloaded in pdf format with the tracking number as the file name. The tracking number will be updated on the Shipping tab.

Note: Download location is determined by your browser settings.
