How do I change the email address of a user?

To change the email address of a user, you will need to create a new account for the new user and then disable the old one.

To create a new user, navigate to Quick Menu → User List and click Add. Fill out the fields and Save and Close
To disable a user, double-click the user in the user list and check the disabled checkbox.

Users cannot be deleted in AccountingSuite, and this is for auditing purposes. By disabling the user ID, the activity of the user can still be accessed after the change.
