How to attach external documents when emailing Sales Invoices, etc

Intro

When emailing a Sales invoice or other AccountingSuite document, it is possible to attach external documents to the email.

Attaching external documents

  1. In the document, click Print (instead of email).  The print preview screen appears.
  2. Choose a format(s) for the document.
  3. Click the Send link.  The compose email window appears.
  4. Click the plus sign and browse for the external document that you'd like to attach.
  5. Add a recipient.
  6. Add a message for the email body
  7. Click Send.
