I deleted your Chrome extension, but it keeps coming back, what gives?

Our extension consists of a shortcut (link) to our login page and nothing more. If you deleted our extension only to find it re-appear, then you most likely have an issue with Google Chrome Sync. Chrome sync saves your bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings securely to your Google Account and allow you to access them from Chrome on any device.  Sometimes the sync gets corrupted and needs to be reset.

We have seen this issue with other clients and with other extensions and have successfully resolved the issue following the suggestions found in Google Product Forum. Please read this article and follow the instructions in the "Delete synced information from your account" section. This should resolve your issue.
