Pausing and Renewing your Subscription
To Pause your subscription,
- From your Portal, click your avatar in the upper right hand corner and choose Account. This will take you to your Billing Portal.
- In the Billing Portal, click Subscriptions.
- Click the circle with three dots in the upper right and choose Pause Subscription. To resume a paused subscription, click Resume Subscription
