2024 Price Increase FAQ

2024 Price Increase FAQ

Note:  This article applies to users who have subscriptions created before 2018.  If your subscription was created after this date. this article will not apply to you.

Why is the annual pricing so much higher than monthly pricing?

When you signed on as a customer, we promised that we would never increase the price of your current subscriptions for as long as you were a customer and we are standing by that promise.   The annual pricing that you are seeing reflects the current pricing of our software.    When you change to an annual plan, you are leaving your current plan and the grandfathered pricing that went along with that.   To maintain the grandfathered pricing, remain in the plan that you have.

Will I lose my pricing if I change my plan to annual?

Your grandfathered pricing will last as long as you keep your current plan.  If you change your plan from a monthly to an annual plan, the subscription will be at current pricing for that plan.

How can I keep my grandfathered pricing?

You can keep your grandfathered pricing on your current subscriptions as long as your account is active and payment is up to date.   This will never expire.    It’s our gift to you for being such a loyal customer and sticking with us from the beginning.   If you make change to a different plan, the subscription will fall under the new pricing.

Why are you raising your pricing?

As the capabilities of our software increase, we must raise our prices to cover the costs of these new features.  If you compare AccountingSuite to similar software on the market, you will see that we are still a great value for the money.
