Important Action Needed! Upcoming release will affect your favorites.

In our next release, we will be re-organizing menus as a  part of ongoing feedback we have received.      Because menu items are being re-named, moved, added and changed, you will need to resave your favorites as they will be lost once the release has been completed.     If you don't use favorites, no action is needed.   If you do use favorites, you may wish to follow the instructions below.

1. Take a screenshot of your favorites.

  1. On a PC, open the snipping tool by either searching for "snipping tool" in windows search or by clicking on it in your applications folder.
  2. Click New.
  3. Hold your mouse key down while dragging the mouse to create a box around your favorites list.
  4. Let go of the mouse and the screenshot will be taken.


Alternatively, you can click the Print Screen button while hold down the control and alt keys simultaneously.

  1. On a Mac, Hit the 4 key while holding down the Commands and Shift keys.  
  2. Drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen where your favorites are showing. 
  3. Let go of the mouse and the screenshot will be taken.

If you are having trouble getting a screenshot, use your mobile phone to snap a picture of your favorites.

2.   Once the release has been completed, use the screenshot to recreate your favorites.
