Why won't WalkMe work in AccountingSuite when I'm using Safari?
Problem: WalkMe Help Widget doesn't appear in the browser when using Safari
Background: Safari is now delivered with a setting that prevents the WalkMe widget from working in Safari. This setting prevents cookies from being set that WalkMe needs in order to work properly
Solution: Enable cross-site tracking in Safari Preferences.
To enable cross site tracking in Safari
- In the Safari browser, click the Safari Menu and choose Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Uncheck the checkbox next to Prevent cross site tracking.
