Adjusting Print Settings

Adjustments can be made to the way printed reports and documents fit on a page with the specific printer being used. Using the instructions below, easily adjust margins, page size, orientation and other settings if necessary.

  1. Run the report (or print the document).
  2. Click the drop down arrow in the upper left hand side of the application window and choose File → Page Setup or click Format button → then Page Setup on the left side of the Report.
  3. Adjust the settings.
  4. Click Ok.

There is also page setup settings available to you in the dialog that comes from the operating system.
