How to update CC Billing Information for AccountingSuite™ subscriptions?

If you need to update the credit card use to pay for your AccountingSuite™ account, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the User Portal.
  2. Find the account you'd like to update in the list of accounts.   On the very right, click Update Credit Card.
  3. Fill out and enter your new credit card information and Submit.

Alternatively, you may
  1. Go to the User Portal
  2. In the upper right hand corner click on your avatar and choose Account.
  3. Click View More next to the My Details Section.
  4. Click the pencil next to the card you'd like to edit.
  5. Enter the new credit card information and click Submit.
