Forgot your password?
On the login page, click the Forgot/Change Password link and enter your email address to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. You must use the same email address that you used when your AccountingSuite™ account was created.

Forgot your user ID?
Your user ID is the email address that you used when created your account. If you cannot remember the email address that you used, ask the person with administrative rights to get it from the users list. A list of users may be accessed by navigating to Admin Panel → Security Settings while logged into AccountingSuite™.
